8-SPOKES WHEEL KEYCHAIN (BLACK) By AUTOart

The original 8-spoke Minilite wheel was probably the most successful competition wheel of the 1960’s and 1970’s. it was originally developed in the UK as a magnesium competition wheel for the then revolutionary new ‘Mini’ and was soon to be seen on many of the serious race and rally cars of that era.  Other wheel makers applied the iconic 8-spoke styling, such as Black Racing of Japan, which were popular among many race and road cars in Japan.  The most iconic car using the 8-spoke wheels, painted in black, was the Toyota AE86 featured in the comic series and animation film Initial-D.  AUTOart authentically replicated the wheel in scale of 1:18 with rubber tires as a keychain.  Metal brake disc and caliper are fitted and visible through the spokes of the wheel.  The wheel is affixed to a metal arm that can be rotated. A stainless-steel keychain is attached to the metal arm.  Packed in blistered card.
